We have a great deal of expertise in producing parts for the internal structure of the fuselage, and we specialize in floor beam assemblies and crossbeams. Our high-speed, close-tolerance capable CNC machines allow us to manufacture components for jigless assemblies, which reduces assembly time for our customers. We have the capabilities to produce assemblies for blocker doors, access doors, interior doors, cargo doors, stowage bin struts and doorhandles. We also manufacture engine nacelle door assemblies. TECT Aerospace has the technology to produce most of the details for these assemblies using our substantial in-house capabilities. This includes our hard metal machining technology, which we use to manufacture the intricate components designed to support and work within the door assembly.
