Timothy Hassenger, President
Tim Hassenger was elected president of TECT Aerospace in December 2006.
Prior to joining TECT Aerospace, Tim worked in the corporate advisory
group at BBK and was a partner at Nightingale & Associates, LLC for
nearly 15 years. Tim's public company experience spanned his term as
vice president of finance and administration at Coastal Physician Group,
Inc., and as CFO for McWhorter's, Inc. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in
business administration from the University of South Dakota and a Master
of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
Philip Allen, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Philip Allen joined TECT Aerospace in 2006. He hails from Northern
Ireland and has more than 22 years of aerospace experience, including
extensive experience in Europe. Before joining TECT Aerospace, Philip
held a variety of roles for Bombardier, including director of service
sales of Learjet products for Bombardier Aircraft Services. He was also
a marketing manager and senior marketing analyst for Bombardier Business
Aviation Services and a program and contracts manager for Bombardier
Regional Jet. Philip also worked at Airbus in France and at Short Bros.
in Northern Ireland. Philip earned a Master of Arts in marketing and a
postgraduate certificate in marketing with commendation from the
University of Ulster in Northern Ireland. He also earned a higher
national certificate in business and finance from the College of
Business Studies in Belfast, Ireland.
Gilles Meurice, CFO
Gilles Meurice joined TECT Aerospace as its Chief Financial Officer
in April 2009. Gilles is a seasoned financial and business executive
with more than 25 years of experience. Prior to joining TECT Aerospace,
Meurice served in a variety of executive positions, including director
of financial planning and analysis at Allied Signal, director of
business process improvement for Nissan North America, vice president
of new business ventures with Brunswick Corporation and principal at
FGM Consulting LLC. He also spent 14 years as vice president and CFO
at a variety of food, biomedical and chemical companies. Meurice earned
a master's degree in engineering from École Nationale des Ponts
et Chausses, a master's degree in economics from the University of
Paris and a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School
of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
